We roast in small batches to ensure maximum freshness. Orders placed before 12 PM are typically roasted and dispatched within 48 hours. Standard delivery within Dhaka takes 2-3 business days after dispatch.

What is your return policy on brewing equipment?
We accept returns on unopened and unused brewing accessories within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and freshness reasons, we cannot accept returns on coffee beans. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our support email immediately.
